Pro Notary & Business Services, LLC was founded by Judia Fountain, to provide superior service to local, national and international clients who need document signing, notary services. Nevertheless, PNBS also provides business administration services to small business owners. We focus on the back-end, finances, government reporting and funding so that small businesses can focus solely on the business of doing business within their company that they love.
I am a Commissioned Notary Public of the State of Texas and certified through the American Association of Notaries. I am also bonded and insured with a $10,000 notary bond. I have 12 years of experience with accounting and business management. I started my accounting career working with small businesses and went on to play pivotal roles in large international companies. After graduating college with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, I was offered positions that consisted of Human Resources, Payroll, Accounting, Credit Analyst and Business Manager. Having worked in multiple levels of business administration to accounting for a non-profit organization to small businesses in industries such as mental health, religious and commercial truck driving, I have gained a unique skill set that will enable me to provide a service not found in many other firms.
What sets me apart from others is my love for entrepreneurship and helping others create generational wealth with business models that will not only thrive but scale and grow.
